Clubs like Platinum 7d Nakuru have recently issued a statement outlining new guidelines for their premises.

According to this statement patrons entering the club are consenting to being photographed or videographed with the content then being shared on various social media platforms.

It is clearly stated that the club is not obligated to provide any form of payment or compensation to individuals whose images or videos are posted.
