Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

– Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral.

– Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of work.

– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our design processes and deliverables.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience.

– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

– Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

– Experience leading and mentoring a design team is a plus.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
